Box Score TEMPLE TERRACE, Fla. – The Brewton-Parker women's soccer program defeated Florida College 3-1 on Thursday afternoon in Temple Terrace, Fla.
The Lady Barons (3-5-0) pressured the Falcons (0-4) with a dominant offensive performance for the third win of the season.
How It Happened
- Brewton-Parker opened the match with four shots on goal before finding the back of the net in the 15th minute. Melia Cunningham scored off a cross from Beata Chako, giving BPC the 1-0 lead.
- The Lady Barons score in the 23rd minute as Kortnee Powers scored on a solo effort to put BPC up by two goals.
- Brewton-Parker would close out the first half with a goal from Kadisha Martina from the penalty spot to lead 3-0 at the break.
- The Falcons would recover one goal in the 59th minute to make the score 3-1 but were unable to muster a comeback.

- The Lady Barons totaled 28 shots on the afternoon with 18 on goal. The BPC defense managed to hold Florida College to only three total shots with two on frame.
