Waleska, GA- Brewton-Parker Men's soccer team fell to Reinhardt University, 5-0.
Reinhardt took control during the opening half, scoring three times to take a 3-0 advantage into the break. The Eagles added two more goals in the second half to secure the victory. Reinhardt improved to 2-0, while Brewton-Parker moved to 0-3-1 on the season.
The Barons were limited offensively throughout the night, finishing with two shots and one corner kick. Bryan Flores recorded one of BPCU's shots, while the other was credited as a team attempt.
Brewton-Parker's goalkeepers stayed busy against the Reinhardt attack. Thomas Hernadez recorded eight saves, while Diego Carrera added two, giving the Barons 10 saves for the match. Reinhardt finished with 28 shots, including 15 on goal.
The Barons will look to bounce back in their next matchup when they host Spartanburg Methodist College on Wednesday, Sept. 2.
