Wilkinson Saul advanced to day two of the 67th Annual NAIA Men's Wrestling National Championships in Wichita, Kan.
Saul fell in the first match of the day to No. 12 Carlos Figueroa from Lindsey Wilson (Ky.) in a 6-0 decision, ending his run with a 2-2 tournament record.
After a scoreless first period, Saul gave up a four-point near fall to end the second period. In the third, Figueroa got an escape point and picked up a riding time point at the end of the match to drop Saul 6-0. Saul's run came to an end, falling two matches short of All-American status.
