MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Brewton-Parker Men's Basketball traveled to Montgomery, Alabama for the SSAC/SUN Crossover Challenge this week at the Cramton Bowl Multiplex for two non-conference matchups, beginning with a challenge versus Webber International (Fla.) on Thursday.
The Barons (1-2) dropped the matchup against the Warriors (2-0) in a 72-66 defeat on neutral territory.
How It Happened | First Half

Chris Spenkuch netted the first score of the game followed by a steal which led to a fastbreak score from
Lance Smith.
Dre Burroughs notched a jumper at the 18:03 mark for the six-point advantage.
Webber International responded with a 9-2 run, scoring from beyond the arc on three separate trips down the floor to secure their first lead of the game. Burroughs put the Barons back up with a trey of his own with 13:15 on the clock and later followed with a score from the charity stripe at the 11:39 mark for a 12-9 BPC advantage.
The Barons eventually moved to a 24-19 lead with scores from Spenkuch and
