MOUNT VERNON, Ga. – Brewton-Parker Esports took on a busy week last week, competing in NACE and ECAC action across five different games.

How It Happened | Valorant

The five-man Valorant team of Gabrielius Jakas, Jase Parks, Sam Ellis, Alessandro Ferri, and Kaspar Saare took on Conestoga College (Canada) in the ECAC (6-0). The Barons took a 13–11 victory in game one, and followed it up with a 14-12 win in game two, picking up the 2-0 match win.

In NACE (6-0), The Valorant team took down Wichita State (Kas.) by a score of 13-7 in game one, and 13-3 in game two completing the 2-0 sweep.

How It Happened | Rocket League

The Premier team (Shane Watson, Manuel Ramos, and Tyler Pullen) gathered a 3-0 victory over Mississippi in the NACE (3-2). The Barons took game one with a score of 4-0 and followed it up with a 6-5 win in game two and a 6-4 win in game three.

In the ECAC (5-0), The Premier team faced Staten Island (N.Y.). BPC took game one 4-0, followed by a 4-2 win in game two and a 6-2 win in game three. The Barons Completed the 4-0 sweep with a 2-0 victory in game four.

The Rocket League Orange team (Maximus Pearson, Carson Barnett, and Caidin Hughes) slipped up against Lake Michigan in NACE (0-3) by a score of 3-0. The Barons fell 4-2 in game one, 6-1 in game two, and 4-3 in game three.

In the ECAC (4-1), The Orange team suffered a 4-0 loss to Plymouth State (N.H.). BPC dropped game one 7-0, followed by losing 3-2 in game two and 2-1 in game three. The Barons fell 6-2 in game four to close out the match.

The Rocket League Academy team of Rutvik Patel, Logan Steinmeyer, and Ethan Wright took down Rochester Institute (N.Y.). The Barons started the match winning game one 4-0 and game two 3-1. BPC dropped the next two games 2-1 in game three and 3-1 in game four. The Academy team was able to hold off Rochester, and take a 4-1 win in game five to complete the 3-2 match win.

How It Happened | Smash Bros

Brewton-Parker's Smash Bros 3v3 team of Will Grant, Jaime Mora, and Casey Yawn gathered a 2-1 victory over Adelphi (N.Y.). The Barons started the match with a 9-7 victory in game one, before dropping game two 9-8. BPC was able to bounce back to pick up the 9-8 win in game three to take the match.

In Smash 4v4, Miller, Mora, Yawn, and Zachary Fabris picked up a 2-0 victory over Keiser. BPC took game one 6-0 and took game two 3-0.

How It Happened | NBA 2K

Antrell Williams (2-4) gathered a forfeit win over John Jay (N.Y.)

Aaron Udell (3-3) picked up a forfeit win over Neumann (Penn.).

How It Happened | Fortnite

The Fortnite trios and duos teams also competed this week.
