MOUNT VERNON, Ga – The Brewton-Parker Men's Wrestling team earned national recognition in the 2026–27 NAIA Men's Wrestling Preseason Rating, with two Barons securing spots in the individual national rankings and the program receiving votes in the team poll.

Arthur Reed leads the way for Brewton-Parker, entering the season ranked No. 22 nationally in the 149-pound weight class. Reed earned 40 ranking points in the preseason individual ratings.

The preseason recognition provides an early benchmark for Brewton-Parker as the Barons prepare for the 2026–27 season. With two nationally ranked individuals and recognition in the team poll, BPCU will look to build on its preseason standing as competition gets underway.

The Barons will officially open their 2026–27 season on Saturday, October 31, when they travel to compete in the Patriot Open.
