MOUNT VERNON, Ga.  January 11 - The Barons hosted the Mobile Rams in a thrilling back-and-forth conference match in Mount Vernon. The Rams proved to be too much for the Barons to stop. The Barons came up just short with a final score of 84-88.

The game was a rollercoaster, featuring multiple lead changes that kept fans on the edge of their seats. The Rams took a significant lead by halftime, outscoring the Barons 46-38. The second half saw Brewton-Parker fighting to cut the lead. The Barons were led by top scorer Tommy J Tisdale III, who amassed an impressive 26 points. Notable performances from Ferlin Joseph Jr. and Dre Burroughs, who each added 16 points, were also featured. Joseph Jr. also dominated the boards with 11 rebounds.
