MACON, Ga. – Brewton-Parker Women's Volleyball headed to Macon, Ga. to face the Wesleyan (Ga.) on Thursday night for a non-conference matchup.

The Lady Barons (3-3) were able to come back to defeat the Wolves (1-5) in four sets after dropping the opening set.

"We had a slow start," Head Coach Obed Quiles said "We couldn't find a rhythm offensively all night. Our serves and defense kept us in the game as well as late in the sets, we played well to close out each set."

How It Happened

The Lady Barons struggled to find any sort of rhythm in the first set, dropping to the Wolves in a 24-14 defeat.

BPC was able to rally together to win in the second set a back-and-forth battle against Wesleyan to take the set into extra points, securing a 26-24 victory.

The third set was a near replica of the second set as the Lady Barons were able to move up to a 2-1 match advantage with another 26-24 win.

Brewton-Parker gained momentum in the fourth set to secure a 25-18 win over the Wolves, capturing the match with a 3-1 win.
