Lady Barons Wraps Up Weekend with Pair of Road Losses

MOUNT VERNON, Ga. – Brewton-Parker Volleyball wrapped up a weekend road trip after facing William Carey (Miss.) on Friday night and Loyola (La.) on Saturday afternoon.

On Friday night, the Lady Barons (1-16, 1-9 SSAC) fell 3-0 to William Carey (21-1, 9-1 SSAC) before dropping Saturday's match 3-0 to Loyola (15-9, 8-3 SSAC).

  • The Crusaders opened with a 25-15 set one victory, producing 18 kills on a .390 hitting percentage.
  • In the second set, WCU secured a 2-0 lead with a 25-17 victory.
