MOUNT VERNON, Ga. – Brewton-Parker Volleyball wrapped up a weekend road trip after facing William Carey (Miss.) on Friday night and Loyola (La.) on Saturday afternoon.

On Friday night, the Lady Barons (1-16, 1-9 SSAC) fell 3-0 to William Carey (21-1, 9-1 SSAC) before dropping Saturday's match 3-0 to Loyola (15-9, 8-3 SSAC).

How It Happened vs William Carey

• The Crusaders opened with a 25-15 set one victory, producing 18 kills on a .390 hitting percentage.
• In the second set, WCU secured a 2-0 lead with a 25-17 victory.
• BPC was knocked out in straight sets as William Carey won set three 25-18.

• WCU led the way with 52 kills on a .347 hitting percentage while BPC produced 31 kills on a .160 hitting percentage.
• Keelie Jordan led with 11 kills followed by Naomi Taake with six.
• Lyric Broughton notched three aces while Katy Mathis totaled 24 assists.

• Brewton-Parker opened set one slowly on Saturday, falling 25-12 against the Wolf Pack.

• Unfortunately, Loyola came up clutch in the moments of the set to win 25-23.
• The Wolf Pack dominated in set three 25-10 to secure the sweep.
