MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Brewton-Parker women's soccer traveled to Montgomery, Ala. to face Faulkner (Ala.), continuing SSAC action on Saturday afternoon.
The Lady Barons (4-10-1, 1-5-1 SSAC) struggled against the Eagles (9-5-2, 4-3-1 SSAC) in a 3-1 loss.
How It Happened | First Half
- Faulkner utilized two goals in the first half to lead at the break.
- The Eagles found the back of the net in the 35th and 44th minutes.
- BPC produced just five shots compared to Faulkner's 20.
How It Happened | Second Half
- Brewton-Parker eventually found the net in the 70th minute as Beata Chako slotted home her third goal of the season to pull the Lady Barons back to a one-goal deficit.
- Unfortunately, BPC struggled to produce an offensive threat by producing just two shots in the second half.
- Faulkner slammed the door shut on the Lady Barons with less than 45 seconds remaining in the match, scoring the third goal to secure the 3-1 win.

- Faulkner led the match with 34 shots and 20 on goal while Brewton-Parker managed to record just seven overall shots with six landing between the posts.
