Brewton-Parker Christian University

Christian Wilson joined the Brewton-Parker men’s basketball staff after spending three years as an assistant coach at Savannah State University.

During the 2024-25 season, Wilson helped Savannah State win the SIAC Championship, finish No. 3 in NCAA Division II in scoring defense and earn a spot in the NCAA Division II National Tournament.

A native of Lake City, Florida, Wilson played at Florida Gateway College from 2020-22. As team captain, he helped lead the program to a conference championship, Region 8 Championship and its first NJCAA Division II National Tournament appearance since the 1970s. He was also the first recipient of the HCA Servant Award for his character, leadership and service.

Wilson earned his associate degree from Florida Gateway College in 2022 and later graduated from Savannah State in 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a minor in Sociology.
