Maxwell Leadership Team. She has a master’s degree in the Studies in Human Behaviors from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science
degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

In 2012, while working as an adjunct instructor and Career Services Coordinator at Point University, she worked as a master’s Level Counselor for the Touch of Healing Counseling Center, where she facilitates Grief Share small groups and conducted one on one counseling sessions. In 2017, Melissa worked as the Associate Director of Career Services at Clayton State University for three years. She now owns and
operates Living Whole LLC, and works fulltime as a coach, consultant, and trainer. Melissa is also an adjunct instructor at Point University.

Through her coaching and consulting practice, Living Whole, LLC, she helps others view life through a wholeness lens to achieve a healthy balance of their mind, body, and spirit. As a consultant, she facilitates trainings, workshops, and webinars with organizations on professional development and honor (diversity training for faith-based organizations) training. She serves clients one on one by helping them to clarify their life purpose so they can achieve their goals. Melissa is the founder and editor of God’s Whole Woman Magazine, an online publication, which encouraged women to live positive lifestyles in wellness, healthy living, self-care, and awareness. She is the founder of the Women Empowerment events which is designed to empower and inspire women to move out of the way of themselves to accomplish God’s purpose for their lives.

As an Author, Speaker, and Training; Melissa is also an Independent Contractor Coaching for Runfast, Inc. and Ryse Athletics, LLC, both family businesses, where she coaches athletes on how to improve their emotional intelligence. Her online membership is called Living Whole Academy where she provides courses and produces a podcast called, Tea Time with Melissa.

Melissa resides in Mount Vernon with her husband, Coach Stephen “Stretch” Roberts, III of over 30 years. Stephen and Melissa have six adult children and two grandsons. Melissa enjoys spending time with family, traveling, watching movies, outdoors adventures, pleasing God and serving others by operating in dominion of what He has given her to do.
