Conner Melton

Connor Melton is an Anchorage, Alaska native. A life-long baseball player played his first collegiate season at Dawson Community College in Glendive, Montana. After a single season, Melton transferred to the University of Rio Grande in Rio Grande, Ohio where he competed in the 2016 KIAC Tournament Championship team. After 3 years playing at the University of Rio Grande Melton returned to the University of Rio Grande as a Graduate Assistant Coach. Melton managed the catchers, outfield, hitters, and the bullpen on game days.  As part of the coaching staff, Melton oversaw the team as tournament champions in the 2019 River States Conference. Melton has a M.Ed in Coaching Leadership and a Bachelors Degree in Sports and Exercise Science both from the University of Rio Grande.
