MOUNT VERNON, Ga. - In a thrilling college soccer showdown, the Brewton-Parker Christian University Barons faced a narrow defeat against the Point University Skyhawks at Mount Vernon on October 18, 2025. The intense conference game concluded with a 4-3 victory for the Skyhawks, overturning a halftime lead held by the Barons.
The first half displayed a dominant performance from the Brewton-Parker Barons, taking a 3-1 lead against their opponents. Scoring for the Barons were

Lazar Milosavljevic, and
Lucca Lagana, with Milosavljevic and
Ilyas Nazih providing key assists. The Barons' goalkeeper,
Diego Alejandro Montes Carrera, did his best to keep the Skyhawks off the board, only conceding one in the first half.
