MOUNT VERNON, Ga. - In a challenging conference game on October 10th, 2025, the Brewton-Parker Barons women's soccer team faced a tough match against Dalton State College Roadrunners at Dalton Stadium. Despite a strong attempt from the Barons, Dalton State controlled the game from start to finish, leading to a 4-0 final score for the Roadrunners.

The first half saw the Roadrunners establish dominance early, with Aoife Saunders scoring the first goal, setting the pace. By halftime, the Roadrunners had taken their lead to 2-0, despite the Barons' efforts on defense.

The second half continued in a similar vein, with Dalton State maintaining control of the game's pace. Additional goals by Tania Dominguez and Lexi Lyon sealed the game, expanding their lead to a final score of 4-0 and giving the Barons another conference loss.

Looking forward, the Barons will face Life University on October 12th, 2025, in Marietta, Ga., hoping to improve their current season record of 3-8, and 1-5 in conference.
