MOUNT VERNON, Ga. – Brewton-Parker Men's Soccer concluded a four-match homestand on Saturday with a battle against a fellow resident of the Peach State and SSAC newcomer, Thomas (Ga.) in Mount Vernon.
The Barons (1-11-0, 0-7-0 SSAC) suffered a 5-0 loss to the Night Hawks (6-3-2, 3-2-1 SSAC) to wrap up the 2023 home slate of matches.
"A different game, but the same result,"
Bob Neumann said. "We have a promising opening 10 minutes and then go back within our shells."
"The truth is that we keep getting hit with the same stick and refuse to learn our lesson," Neumann said. "If we want to win games, we must continue to learn."
