MOUNT VERNON, Ga. – Brewton-Parker Women's Volleyball had a SSAC matchup against Middle Georgia at home on Saturday afternoon.
The Lady Barons (4-17, 1-12 SSAC) were swept by the Knights (5-12, 4-9 SSAC).
How It Happened
The beginning of the first set was a close fight until the Knights went on an eight-point run to take a 13-5 lead. Unfortunately, the Lady Barons were unable to catch up, only scoring seven more points, to finish set one 25-12 Knights.
Brewton-Parker took a hot start in the second set, quickly taking a 14-8 lead. The Knights gained some momentum and secured seven straight points to take a one-point lead for themselves. BPC could not slow the Knights down, losing set two 25-19.
The Lady Barons struggled in set three, dropping to a 13-4 deficit. BPC scored six more points in the third set to drop set three 25-10.

- Middle Georgia led the match 34-24 in kills while producing a .247 hitting percentage.
- The Knights led 6-1 in aces and 6-3 in blocks
- Amme Mobley and Jalisia Famber led the team with seven kills each, while Kinsley Jordan followed with five.
- Jelisa Alexander had 19 assists in the game.
